Information You Provide Voluntarily (Optional Features):

To provide features like cross-device progress synchronization and data backup, we offer an optional sign-in service. If you choose to use this feature, we will collect:

  • Account Information: Through Google Play Services and Firebase Authentication, we associate your game with a unique user identifier provided by Google. We do not receive or store your Google password. This allows you to sign in securely without sharing your credentials with us.

  • Game Profile Data: We store your game progress, settings, and achievements on secure cloud servers. This includes data like unlocked cards, game statistics, and user preferences. This data is linked to your unique user identifier.

All game progress is stored locally on your device if you choose not to use the optional sign-in feature.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To operate and improve the App.

  • To provide non-personalized advertising to support the App.

  • To provide the optional Backup & Restore feature, allowing you to save your game progress and restore it on different devices.

  • To respond to your questions or support requests.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

3. Children's Privacy

This App is designed for children and families. We are committed to complying with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in the United States, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in Europe, and all other applicable children’s privacy laws.

  • Optional Sign-In: The account sign-in feature is optional and intended for parents or account holders to save game progress for their family. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without parental consent.

  • Non-Personalized Ads Only: The App is configured to serve only non-personalized ads. This means that ads are shown based on the content of the game, not on a user's past behavior or interests. We have enabled the "child-directed" or "non-personalized" setting in all our advertising SDKs.

5. In-App Purchases (Future)

While the App does not currently contain in-app purchases, we may add them in the future. All in-app purchases will be processed securely through the Google Play Store. We do not collect, store, or process any payment information.

  • Optional Features: You can use the App without signing in. The backup and restore feature is entirely optional.

  • Managing Your Data: If you have used the sign-in feature, you can request to have your cloud-saved game profile data deleted by contacting us at sstillmind@gmail.com. Please include the Google account identifier used to sign in to help us locate your data.

  • Resetting Your Advertising ID: You can reset or disable the Google Advertising ID in your device's settings at any time to limit ad tracking.
